"Your spot is confirmed once you have transferred the full amount to bank account BE58 9730 4047 2979 of Hiketnunk vzw.

If the organization itself cancels, you will receive the full registration fee back as a customer.

If you as a customer cancel or cannot attend for any reason, the following agreements apply:

• Within a week after payment, you will receive the full amount back.

• Up to one month before the start of the workshop, we will refund half of the full amount.

• Within one month before the start of the workshop, you will not receive any refund."
